I had to improvise, still waiting on the small resistors. I’m using the “Oak Grigsby 4-Pole, Double Wafer, 5-way Super Switch”. Fairly acceptable soldering job… 🙂
I also changed the pickups, I found a good deal on a used, “D. Allen WCT BluesCat” for the neck and a “Seymour Duncan Little ’59 Tele” for the Bridge. (I don’t need any country twang – we’ll see).
UPDATE : 2016-08-03
I ended up having issues with the size of the 5 way switch above, it didn’t really fit in the cavity, when I did get it to fit, I would lose some setting sounds, probably because of wires touching, anyway, I ended up getting a standard 5 way switch and going with this wiring instead.
Here’s a sound sample of a rough jam with friends.
* Guitar : Squier CV ’50s Telecaster 5 way switch mod with “D. Allen WCT BluesCat” neck and “Seymour Duncan Little ’59 Tele” Bridge.
* Amp : Ampeg J12T Reissue
* Pedals : Electro-Harmonix Soul Food -> Boss Dynamic Wah -> DigiTech Ventura Vibe -> DanElectro Tuna Melt -> TC Electronic HOF mini (actually, this board)
